Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, internal databases, and referrals.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation as per company guidelines.
Support employer branding and recruitment drives as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge in sourcing platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Good understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and talent sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under deadlines
