Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, travel schedules, and meeting coordination across clinical, corporate, and policy roles.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Consultant and hospitals, research teams, government bodies, industry forums, and external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence, presentations, reports, and official communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and industry forums, including agenda preparation, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Support administrative and operational requirements related to transplant programs, research initiatives, and healthcare policy engagements.
  • Liaise with internal teams at hospitals, research organizations, and NATHEALTH for smooth coordination and information flow.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and commitments across multiple responsibilities and ensure timely closures.
  • Assist in organizing national and international travel, including visas, logistics, and accommodation.
  • Maintain structured records, documentation, and filing systems for clinical, research, and policy-related work.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional maturity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders.
  • Calm, proactive, and detail-oriented approach in high-pressure environments.

Qualification:


  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Healthcare Management, Administration preferred).
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership in healthcare, research, corporate, or policy organizations will be an added advantage.
