Data Scientist (DS III) Reinforcement Learning

What Youll Own
- Craft Reinforcement Learning models that learn from millions of signals and make smarter decisions every single day.
- Combine RL + classical ML to power ranking, recommendations, pricing, and other core matchmaking problems.
- Run POCs with different RL techniques (bandits, value-based, policy-based, offline RL, etc.) to find what actually works in our ecosystem.
- Run rapid experiments break things learn fast scale what works.
- Partner with Product & Engineering to ship models that dont just perform they make a real dent in the user experience.
- Drive end-to-end ML workflows from raw data to live impact.
What You Bring
- ~3 years hands-on DS experience, strong ML fundamentals and an itch to build cool, scalable things.
- Serious RL chops bandits, value-based & policy-based methods, offline RL the works.
- Python + PyTorch/TF + scikit-learn + FastAPI = your natural habitat.
- High curiosity, high velocity, zero drama. You love autonomy, ownership and cracking tough problems.
