Job Description

Job Title/ Role: Success Factors Recruitment Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 Functional Consultant

Location: Pan-India

Notice Period: 0-15days only Max

Job Summary:


  • SAP SuccessFactors RCM or ONB 2.0 Professionally certified expert with valid certification
  • SAP SuccessFactors associate certification in EC module
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP/ Success Factor
  • At least 3 years of full life cycle implementation experience in RCM and ONB 2.0 modules OR SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB 2.0 and EC associate certified expert with valid certification obtained 3 years ago

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide high-level solution design and integration design
  • Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.
  • Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables
  • Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
  • Lead design workshops with the client.
  • Provide impact assessment for Quarterly Releases
  • Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SuccessFactors

Experience and skill set required: The candidate should hold a Degree/ Masters on Information Technology or an MBA Graduate or equivalent.

Should have the following skills in RCM:


  • 10+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module having 3+ Recruiting implementation experience. Experience of working in multi country project will be advantage.
  • To provide expertise in configuring Recruiting in terms of global business requirements. Should understand country specific localizations
  • Strong understanding of Recruiting Data models JRDM, CPT, CDM and Offer Details
  • Strong expertise in Picklists management, User access through role based permissions, Organization Structure, Job Structures Management, Route Maps, Applicant Status set configuration, business rules configurations , Job Applications
  • Strong expertise in picklist, email notifications, offer letter templates, Translations updates
  • Custom help text, system notifications
  • Strong expertise in concept of Recruiting operators..
  • Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business. Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions.
  • Should have extensively worked in XML.
  • Ability to use CPE, CAS as required
  • Worked on Interview central, Interview Schedule
  • Excellent written ad verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
  • Must have worked Instance Sync
  • Ability to work on EC/ Onb integration/ Position Management
  • Worked on in bound and out bound interfaces for RCM
  • Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
  • Experience with building data migration strategy and data management activities in SF
  • Have worked on end to end testing cycle. Worked in SIT and UAT testing cycle
  • Should have good knowledge in writing RCM test scripts and integration test scripts
  • Experience in automation of test scripts will be advantage

Should have the following skills in ONB 2.0:

  • 8+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors have done 3 end to end implementation of Onboarding 2.0
  • To provide expertise in configuring Onboarding in terms of global business requirements. Should understand country specific localizations
  • Strong understanding of Employee Central Data models Succession data models, and MDFs, propagation data models
  • Strong expertise in Employee Central Picklists management, User access through role based permissions, Organization Structure, Job Structures Management, Country Specific Fields (CSF) customization, Rules Management, Meta Data Framework (MDF) Objects Configuration, business rules configurations
  • Strong expertise in Onboarding Program, tasks , configuring compliance forms
  • Expertise in configuring cross boarding and off boarding scenarios
  • Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business. Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions.
  • Expertise in integration of internal modules Recruitment and Employee central.
  • Should have extensively worked in XML.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
  • Must have worked Instance Sync
  • Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
  • Experience with building data migration strategy and data management activities in SF
  • Must have worked on Integrations with atleast one external system (Eg: R/3, External ATS, Active Directory, Service Now etc)
  • Certification in Employee Central & Onboarding 2.0 is a must
