Position Overview

Seeking an experienced BD Specialist to drive growth for our BFSI practice through strategic content creation and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling presentation decks and written proposals for client pitches
• Execute inside sales activities, email campaigns, and lead qualification
• Manage sales operations, CRM systems, and pipeline tracking
• Communicate professionally with C-level executives and senior leadership
• Support business development initiatives with meticulous attention to detail

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline); MBA preferred
• 4-5 years of business development support experience
• Previous experience with Analytics/Data Engineering or technology services firms strongly preferred
• Proven track record at established companies (not startups)

Core Skills

• Expert presentation design and business writing capabilities
• Inside sales and email campaign management experience
• Executive-level communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
