Website: http://zeptonow.com Role: Deputy Delivery Hub Manager Location: PAN India Your Role In your role as dark store manager, you will lead the end to end operations of the micromarket - Lead all aspects of dark store operations including but not limited to inbound, inventory, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training and employee engagement. Understanding of Inventory Audit (Bin Accuracy, Cycle Count) Lead and execute the dark store capacity planning with respect to infrastructure and manpower. You will contribute towards development and implementation of SOPs. - Build culture of continuous improvement through lean practices, Gemba Kaizen and other productivity improvement tools. - Institutionalize the processes to delivery strong customer experience. Work cross functionally with peers who will empower you to do your best work - Run experiments that will challenge our assumptions and make Zepto better. Manpower handling ~25-30. You will represent what we stand for and serve as culture carriers. Role & responsibilities
