Position: -

Customer Service Associate

Job Role: -

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls,related to travel.

2. Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to customer service guidelines.

3. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.

Qualification: -

1.Graduation is mandatory

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .

3. Freshers and experienced are eligible.

Description: -

1. Voice Process.

2. Rotational Shifts.

3. 5 days working 2 offs

4. Both Side transport available

5. Performance Based Incentives

6. Over-time payout based on business requirements.
