Job Description
Job Summary:
3-8 years of experience with developing Web Applications using Newgen Java J2EE Hibernet springboot Experience working on Newgen Content Services. Client handling skill is Must. Also on Newgen Digital Management Framework (ADF) & on Migrating Content to Newgen. Strong Knowledge of Core Java Spring Framework REST Web Services & in working with Newgen product technologies & integrations. Secondary-Experience working on Maven UI Angular JS RDBMS Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure).

- Good Experience with Newgen BPM model implementation
- Good Experience with Newgen Integration capability with others
- Good Experience with Newgen DMS
- Good Experience with building SSO based Implementation
- Experience with Newgen Retention policy.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and Newgen technologies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test new features and enhancements.
- Ensure the scalability performance and reliability of applications by adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Implement DevOps practices to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve deployment efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for project planning and execution.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and contribute to innovation.
- Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and support.
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure comprehensive testing and quality assurance of developed solutions.
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members as needed.
- Contribute to the companys mission by developing solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Qualifications
- Possess strong proficiency in Java and Newgen OmniOMS OmniApp OmniScan and OmniDocs.
- Demonstrate experience in DevOps practices and tools to enhance development processes.
- Have a solid understanding of Retail Banking and Consumer Lending domains.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
