Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver to improve testing efficiency.
Conduct performance testing of MSD CRM solutions to ensure optimal system behavior.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in MSD CRM Technical Testing or related field.
Proficiency in developing test cases based on functional specifications.
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
