Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years of Fusion experience

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

• Configure Oracle HCM Help Desk including service request categories, templates, queues, SLAs, and assignment rules.
• Set up HR Service Center features such as knowledge management, HR agent experience, service request workflows, and dashboards.
• Work with functional teams to align Help Desk processes with broader HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, etc.).
• Configure security roles, data security, and user access specific to the Help Desk module.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide functional support for Help Desk SRs: troubleshooting issues, analyzing logs, and coordinating fixes.
• Monitor system performance, triage issues, and work with Oracle Support as needed.
• Maintain knowledge articles and ensure effective categorization and content quality.
• Assist in regression testing, patch testing, and quarterly release validations.

Business Engagement

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Support HR operations by improving case management workflows and agent productivity.
• Conduct end-user and HR service center training for new features or enhancements.
• Develop documentation: configuration workbooks, test scripts, SOPs, and training guides.

Reporting & Analytics

• Build analytics and dashboards using Oracle HCM Help Desk reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards).
• Provide insights into SR volume, SLA performance, agent KPIs, and trend analysis.
