Responsibilities
- Manage and process insurance policy changes and endorsements efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for policy modifications.
- Utilize technical skills in insurance products to accurately update and maintain policy records in the system.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to policy changes ensuring a high level of service.
- Analyze policy change requests to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all policy endorsements are processed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and new insurance products.
- Support team members in resolving complex policy servicing issues fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to policy servicing activities.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for policy servicing within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
- Adapt to rotational shifts demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting team goals.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of insurance products and their applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in processing changes and endorsements within the insurance domain.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Show attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation and records.
- Display problem-solving skills to address and resolve policy servicing challenges.
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
- Be open to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes in the insurance industry.
Certifications Required
Insurance Certification such as AINS or equivalent is preferred.
