Job Description

Department: Construction Finance

Location: Mumbai or Pune

Reporting to: EVP

Role & responsibilities

Lead generation of CF proposals
Preliminary eligibility assessment.
Preparation of Evaluation sheet & Term sheet
Resolution of queries from credit
Conducting developer meeting & site visit
Facilitating credit team and legal team for loan agreement execution
Follow-up with developer for collection of PDDs / OSD
Facilitating post disbursement site visits and monitoring.
Assisting credit team for subsequent disbursement Process and compliances.
Processing and issuance of NOC of the project
Collecting Processing Fee & IMD.
Execution of Loan Documentation.

Coordinating with internal teams (Legal & Technical Teams)

Preferred candidate profile: 5-10 years of experience in NBFC and relevant experience is into Construction Finance .

Education Requirement : MBA or CA
