Job Description
We are looking for intellectually curious and detail-oriented professionals from top institutions to join as Senior Analyst (3-4 years exp.) or Lead Analyst (5-8 years exp.) for Enterprise Tech Market Research.
- This is a research-intensive role suitable for candidates with an analytical, research, or consulting background with keen interest in conducting deep-dive research.
- The role requires understanding complex, evolving technology sectors and generating usable insights and definitions on sector and business use-cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct secondary research on startups and upcoming B2B/ Enterprise technology ecosystems for Venture Capital firms, Investment Banks, Corp Devs, and other stakeholders and generate insights that support investment decisions.
- Identify, evaluate, and classify high-potential startups and emerging trends globally.
- Define structured frameworks, scoring models, and sector definitions for complex business scenarios.
- Produce high-quality sector landscapes, research notes, competitive benchmarks and strategic insights.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Tracxn platform and its features.
What Were Looking For
- 3-8 years of experience in research, consulting, or strategy.
- Deep functional or sector expertise and interest in startups and emerging technologies.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think structurally, define frameworks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- [For Lead Analyst] - Successfully led teams in fast-paced environments, driving efficiency, collaboration, and output quality.
Apply if You Have One or More of the Following
- Strong ability to interpret the Enterprise Technology sector across either Enterprise Applications (SaaS, ERP, CRM, SCM, ITSM) or Enterprise Infrastructure (Networking, Storage, DevOps, Developer Tools, Big Data).
- Prior experience in enterprise tech ecosystems such as cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, data engineering, enterprise software development or implementation, IT services, digital transformation, or system integration with keen interest in research.
- Prior experience or strong interest in research roles involving enterprise technology, tracking market trends, vendor landscapes or competitive dynamics.
