Job Description

SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP SM processes: service orders, contracts, billing, confirmations, warranty, and claims
• Integrate SM with SD, MM, PM, FICO modules and external systems/platforms
• Lead full lifecycle projects: requirements gathering, workshops, solution design, testing, deployments, and Golive
• Analyse and optimize business processes, recommending and implementing best practices
• Provide user training, create documentation, and support endusers postimplementation
• Troubleshoot configurations, resolve incidents, and support system upgrades/patches

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in SAP SM/CS, especially on S/4HANA or ECC (at least 512 years)
• Strong knowledge of service-related processes: field service, warranty management, service contracts
• Experience in module integration (SD, MM, PM, FICO); familiarity with VMS and external warranty platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communication, able to conduct workshops and training sessions.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• SAP SM/CS certification is preferred
