Locations: Ranchi | Kolkata | Pune | Gurgaon | Navi Mumbai

Designation: Relationship Manager
CTC: Up to 4.20 LPA

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of Life Insurance sales experience
Experience must be in the current organization
Strong relationship-building & sales skills
Exposure to BROCA / Banca / Direct / Agency channel preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive life insurance sales through BROCA partners

• Build and manage strong relationships with intermediaries

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

• Ensure product training, engagement & support to partners

• Maintain compliance and sales process adherence
