Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through chat (70%) and voice calls (30%) for international clients.

• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction at all times.

• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and international compliance standards.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team or supervisor when required.

• Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle international customers with professionalism and empathy.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat support tools.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in international BPO / customer support is an advantage.
