Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will help identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to start their career in business, sales, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
  • Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Support the sales team in pitching products/services to clients
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
  • Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients
  • Understand company products/services and communicate value clearly
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
  • Meet assigned targets and learning milestones

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business concepts
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Internship or project experience in sales or marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn outreach
  • Confidence in making calls and speaking with clients
