Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate / Sr. Associate to join our Patient Access team at PrimEra Medical Technologies, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient access to our services.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate patient access activities, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve patient complaints and concerns professionally.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in patient access processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and transactions.
