Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager AR to join our team at PrimEra Medical Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment collection.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless communication.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Job Requirements
