Performance & Tuning: Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance using best practices and tools (EWA, HANA Cockpit).
Upgrades & Patching: Plan and execute system upgrades, support package applications, kernel upgrades, and HANA revisions.
Security: Implement and manage database security measures, user access, and authorization.
Backup & Recovery: Manage backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery (DR) for HANA databases.
High Availability: Configure and maintain High Availability (HSR) and disaster recovery solutions.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Level 1/2/3 support, resolve incidents (Sev 1/2), and manage change/problem tickets.
Project Leadership: Act as a technical lead for projects, coordinate with teams, and contribute to solution design.
Automation: Drive process improvements and automation for daily operations.
