Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships using Veeva CRM, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical queries related to Veeva products and services.
- Develop strong understanding of Life Sciences industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Provide expert-level support for Salesforce CRM implementation, configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance & administration.
- Ensure seamless integration between Veeva RIM (Revenue Integrity Management) module and other systems.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 4 to 9 years
