Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships using Veeva CRM, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical queries related to Veeva products and services.
  • Develop strong understanding of Life Sciences industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide expert-level support for Salesforce CRM implementation, configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance & administration.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Veeva RIM (Revenue Integrity Management) module and other systems.

Preferred candidate profile


Experience: 4 to 9 years

Job Location: All CTS location

Face to Face Drive date: 10th Jan, 2026

Face to Face Drive location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune and Kolkata (Once applied profile will be screened, Screen selected candidates alone will receive the call letter for F2F interview)
