Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using Cobol and CICS.
Create JCL jobs to control data processing on the mainframe.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
Troubleshoot issues related to mainframe systems and provide technical support as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for mainframe development.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in mainframe development using Cobol, CICS, JCL, etc.
Strong understanding of mainframe architecture and its components (e.g., z/OS).
Proficiency in creating complex SQL queries for database interactions.
Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
