  • Configuration & Design: Set up compensation plans, eligibility rules, budgets, and business rules.
  • Module Management: Manage annual compensation cycles, bonus plans, and variable pay programs.
  • Data & Integrations: Work with data models, org charts, and integrate with Employee Central for payroll updates.
  • Reporting & Statements: Create compensation statements, reports, and custom email templates.
  • Process Management: Design route maps for approvals and manage workflows.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders to align compensation with strategy.
  • Support: Troubleshoot issues and resolve tickets, often using tools like ServiceNow.
