Job Description
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in CMS Sitecore to join our team at ServiceMax India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience working with Sitecore.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing scripts using various tools and technologies.
- Analyze and report defects found during testing, providing detailed bug reports and recommendations for resolution.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Continuously monitor and improve the testing process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
- Knowledge of Sitecore CMS platform, including its architecture, features, and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed teams.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
