Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Specialist where you will leverage your expertise in InsuranceNow to manage changes and endorsements efficiently. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work in a rotational shift environment ensuring seamless policy servicing operations. With a focus on delivering exceptional service you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.


 

Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing tasks with precision ensuring all changes and endorsements are processed accurately.
  • Utilize InsuranceNow to streamline policy updates and maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address policy servicing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all servicing activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries related to policy changes.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Support the development and implementation of policy servicing best practices.
  • Maintain detailed records of all policy servicing activities for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and software enhancements.
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of policy servicing reports for management review.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding policy updates and changes.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support across different time zones.


 

Qualifications

  • Possess a foundational understanding of InsuranceNow and its application in policy servicing.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess and process policy changes effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Show attention to detail in managing policy data and documentation.
  • Display adaptability in a hybrid work model and rotational shift environment.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and implementing new policy servicing techniques.


 

Certifications Required

Certification in InsuranceNow or equivalent insurance software proficiency.
