Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Benchsales Recruiter with 4+ years of proven success in marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and USC) to implementation partners, direct clients, and preferred vendors. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the US IT staffing industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Market consultants placed on the bench (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.) to clients and vendors.




  • Develop and maintain relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients.




  • Create and manage consultant profiles, ensuring quality and accuracy.




  • Work closely with the recruitment and technical teams to understand skill sets and project needs.




  • Utilize job portals, social media, and other sourcing methods to identify suitable opportunities for bench consultants.




  • Negotiate rate/salary with vendors and clients to ensure maximum profitability.




  • Handle interview scheduling, follow-ups, and client feedback coordination.




  • Maintain and update the database of consultants and client contacts.




  • Ensure timely placements and effective utilization of bench consultants.



Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.




  • Strong understanding of the US recruitment and immigration process.




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




  • Proven track record of successful placements.




  • Experience using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social networks (LinkedIn), and vendor management systems (VMS).




  • High level of initiative and drive to succeed in a competitive environment.




  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple consultants simultaneously.
