Job Description

• Experience: Minimum 1 year

The Operations Executive will manage day-to-day travel service functions including bookings, client servicing, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. The role demands strong attention to detail and a working knowledge of travel systems and processes. This position plays a key role in delivering seamless travel experiences to clients and supporting the overall efficiency of the travel desk.

• Handle end-to-end travel bookings including hotels, transfers, tours and excursions.
• Manage client interactions and provide prompt resolutions to travel-related queries.
• Monitor trip progress, cancellations, reschedules, and emergency support.
• Ensure documentation and data entry accuracy in CRM and booking tools.
• Assist with daily and weekly reporting and compliance tracking.
• Work closely with finance for invoicing and reconciliation of travel expenses.
