Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience with M365 Gen AI and Co-pilot Studio.
• Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Azure services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI services (e.g., Cognitive Services, Machine Learning).
• Desired Skills and Experience:
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 development tools and services.
• Agile development experience.
• Knowledge of accessibility and UX best practices.
