Description

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with expertise in CICS to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mainframe technologies and a passion for developing robust applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using CICS technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
• Create technical documentation for developed applications and systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-12 years of experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency in CICS (Customer Information Control System).
• Strong knowledge of COBOL programming language.
• Experience with JCL (Job Control Language) and VSAM (Virtual Storage Access Method).
• Familiarity with DB2 database management system.
• Understanding of mainframe architecture and operating systems.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
