Should have strong sourcing experience for IT Skills and IT Industry.
Should have strong sourcing experience in Permanent/ Contract Staffing Hiring.
Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
Experience in Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Headhunting & Social Networking Sites.
Good Communication and Presentation Skills
Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment.
Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
