Job Summary:

This leadership role is responsible for shaping and driving Mindsprints global SAP SuccessFactors transformation agenda, leading multi-module, end-to-end implementations across complex HR landscapes to enable next-generation, data-driven people practices. The position provides strategic direction across design, configuration, integrations, and governance, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with HR best practices, security, and regulatory standards while maximizing business value from the SuccessFactors investment. Partnering closely with senior HR and business stakeholders, the role champions process optimization, change adoption, and continuous improvement, aligning the SuccessFactors roadmap with Mindsprints vision to responsibly engineer future-ready enterprises.

Job Description:

  • End-to-End Implementation: Lead and manage full-cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.).
  • Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules across global HR landscapes.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budget, ensuring adherence to best practices and client requirements.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure SuccessFactors modules and perform necessary customizations to meet business needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Integration: Work on integrations between SuccessFactors and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, UAT, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Training & Support: Provide knowledge transfer, training sessions, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, system optimization, and process improvements.
  • Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR/ERP systems.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support post-implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.

Profile Description:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with at least 5+ years in SuccessFactors implementation.
    • Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors projects.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules is highly desirable.

    • Employee Central (EC) Core HR, Position Management, Workflows
    • Recruiting & Onboarding Talent acquisition and new hire processes
    • Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) Goal setting, performance reviews
    • Learning Management System (LMS) Training and development programs
    • Compensation Management Salary planning, bonus cycles
    • Succession & Development Career planning, talent pools
    • Workforce Analytics & Reporting Dashboards, insights, and KPIs
    • Time Tracking (if applicable) Attendance and leave management
