Job Summary:
This leadership role is responsible for shaping and driving Mindsprints global SAP SuccessFactors transformation agenda, leading multi-module, end-to-end implementations across complex HR landscapes to enable next-generation, data-driven people practices. The position provides strategic direction across design, configuration, integrations, and governance, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with HR best practices, security, and regulatory standards while maximizing business value from the SuccessFactors investment. Partnering closely with senior HR and business stakeholders, the role champions process optimization, change adoption, and continuous improvement, aligning the SuccessFactors roadmap with Mindsprints vision to responsibly engineer future-ready enterprises.
