Job Description
Your Role will be Client Communication, Requirements analysis, Defining User Stories, Sprint Visibility and Analysis, Documentation of SoW and Delivery Acceptance criteria and performing user acceptance testing with Client.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have knowledge and experience in handling Client communication, Requirement Gathering and defining User Stories.
The Analyst should be able to do effective communication with Virtual Meetings through Zoom or Google Meet, Jira Project Management Tools, Excellent Writing and Technical Project documentation Skills. You will able to perform User Acceptance testing and ensure delivery of Project as per Clients requirements
An Outstanding Business Analyst should have excellent communication, strong listening and analytical Skills. He/she should be a Team Player and results-driven Approach.
Key Responsibilities-
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Defining User Stories and Performing Sprint execution and analysis.

Efficiently able to Conduct meetings and Drive Project Delivery

Effectively communicating the insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
-
Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
-
Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties

Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Sprint Visibility across the organization

Experience in Client Communication, Customer requirements and able to define business needs

Experience in Defining User stories and managing the Sprint execution on Jira or any Project management tools

Technical Project Documentation Skills

User Acceptance Testing Skills

Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent communication and Listening skills

Education : Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT or Computer Science or Any Degree
