Calling insurance companies for all Rejected/Denied and work for reimbursement Update Client portal.

• Handled calling insurance companies to follow up on rejected and denied claims.
• Analyzed claim denials and identified root causes to ensure accurate reimbursement resolution.
• Worked on appeals and reprocessing requests in accordance with payer guidelines.
• Updated and maintained client portal systems with claim status, follow-up notes, and payment details.
• Ensured timely AR follow-ups to reduce aging and improve cash flow.
• Coordinated with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Maintained compliance with HIPAA and client-specific billing requirements.
• Achieved productivity and quality benchmarks as per client and organizational standards.
