Job Description

Calling insurance companies for all Rejected/Denied and work for reimbursement Update Client portal.

Handled calling insurance companies to follow up on rejected and denied claims.
Analyzed claim denials and identified root causes to ensure accurate reimbursement resolution.
Worked on appeals and reprocessing requests in accordance with payer guidelines.
Updated and maintained client portal systems with claim status, follow-up notes, and payment details.
Ensured timely AR follow-ups to reduce aging and improve cash flow.
Coordinated with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues.
Maintained compliance with HIPAA and client-specific billing requirements.
Achieved productivity and quality benchmarks as per client and organizational standards.
