Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Java applications on Azure cloud platform.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and implement fixes.
- Monitor application logs, metrics, and alerts to identify potential problems before they impact users.
- Develop scripts using Groovy scripting language to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in providing production support for Java applications on Azure cloud platform.
- Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot).
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques for complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana; ability to analyze log data from various sources (e.g., ELK stack).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
