Role Overview
As an Associate Manager Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in solving complex, high-impact business problems for global clients. Youll lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions, translating business challenges into actionable data science strategies. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions for Fortune 500 clients and emerging enterprises alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to identify business goals and translate them into analytical problems.
- Design and implement custom ML models tailored to client-specific data and objectives.
- Develop scalable, interpretable, and production-ready analytics solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and client partners to ensure delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning model development.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ML solutionsfrom problem definition to deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and key libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Jupyter, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with Spark.
- Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms.
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), using tools like NLTK for text analytics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or R Shiny is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
