Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Operations professional to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to finance operations, accounting processes, lending operations, and compliance in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting Operations
- Support day-to-day finance operations including transaction processing and reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of MIS, reports, and basic financial analysis
- Support monthly/quarterly closing activities
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and system entries
Operations & Process Support
- Assist in loan operations such as disbursement tracking, documentation checks, and system updates
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance) for smooth execution of tasks
- Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and documentation
Compliance & Audit Support
- Assist with statutory compliance activities such as GST, TDS, and audit data preparation
- Support internal and external audit requirements
Process Improvement
- Follow defined SOPs and help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Support automation and process standardization initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting / Business Administration
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) Good to have, not mandatory
Technical & Functional Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Familiarity with financial systems or ERP is an added advantage
- Interest in finance operations, NBFC or fintech domain
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Process-oriented and disciplined approach to work
