Job Description
Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Experience: 4+ Years (relevant HCM experience)
Employment Type: full time
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 implementation project experience. This role requires expertise in at least two core HCM modules and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Needs to have good familiarity with the AI developments in the HCM space (AI Agent Studio)
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
- Provide expert-level support for at least two of the following modules:
- Oracle Core HR and Absences
- Oracle Recruitment Cloud
- Oracle Talent Management
- Oracle Workforce Compensation
- Oracle Learn
- Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design system solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to streamline HR processes.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation for business users.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Implementation & Support) in a Functional Consultant role
- Expertise in at least two of the following Oracle HCM modules: Core HR & Absences, Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management, Learn, Workforce Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM data model, security, workflows, and personalization.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle BI, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Mandatory - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients and teams.
- Mandatory - Experience of working closely with the customer business users/IT teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
