Candidate should have minimum 7+ Years of hands-On experience.
Candidate should have overview knowledge of all CRM Business processes like Sales & Marketing, Service processes including Repair and warranty management.
Candidate should have clear concept on designing, developing and maintaining SAP CRM Solution which includes creating ABAP Code, customizing the Web UI and system integration knowledge.
Candidate should have knowledge on BOL/Genil programming and should have strong ABAP knowledge including BAPI/BADI.
Candidate should have required knowledge of Reports, Forms and email configuration including email templates.
Candidate should have clear concepts on Middleware debugging the queues and analyze Bdocs, IDocs, RFC connectivity and should have interface related knowledge.
Candidate should have ability to collaborate with Business Users to understand and gather the requirement information and develop that.
Candidate should have Troubleshooting and support ability, so that he/she can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Candidate will be responsible for develop and maintain technical specifications, configuration documents and user manuals.
Candidate will be also responsible to perform Unit, system and integration testing to ensure high quality solutions.
Candidate also responsible for End User training.
Able to validate Business requirements and estimate needed implementation efforts
Experience in SAP ECC and in SAP S/4HANA
Experience in implementing SAP notes and contributing to minor and major release updates on CRM functionality
