Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Domestic Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring across the Indian job market. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing full recruitment cycles, stakeholder coordination, and delivering quality hires within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic positions across multiple domains and levels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skill fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate technical rounds with hiring panels.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollout, onboarding coordination, and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal business teams.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and maintain accurate documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- 8+ years of experience as a Domestic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist .
- Strong knowledge of Indian recruitment market and hiring trends.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, sourcing techniques, resume screening, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS tools, and recruitment reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Experience hiring for IT / Non-IT / BFSI / Manufacturing (customize based on your need).
- Vendor management experience.
- Strong networking and talent mapping skills.
