Job Role and Responsibilities:
Prescription Validation and Review the doctors Prescription, checking its Validity and legality.
Prescription digitization
Outbound Calls- Call the customer wherever needed to understand the medicines requirements and create an order for Prescription upload cases.
Educate the customers on medicine dosage.
Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs and Process guidelines.
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Desired Skills:
Good knowledge of Brands and Molecules
Sound Knowledge of Therapeutic classification of Drugs
Good communication skills
Working Days in a Week: 6 days
Shift time: Rotational Shift (Morning, Evening, and Night shift) 24/7 operations
6 days working Rotational Shift & Weekly off. |No WFH| You will be eligible for one week off, which will not be
fixed. Language Known: Telugu, Hindi, English, and other added advantages.
Will be required to give their original Pharmacy license for background verification.
The same will be returned to the candidate in 3-5 months. Once Verification is done
Avoid candidates
Whose daily travel is more than 15 KM (one side)
