- Having around 12-15 years of experience in line with the job profile.
- PTC is a highly revenue driven sales organization and the selected candidate should have a proven track record of the same and should have an attitude of Always be Selling . A passionate and a self-driven individual who is end goal centric.
- Engineering Degree preferably Mechanical Engineer.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in manufacturing Domain / Similar Domain
- Should have worked in an enterprise driven strategic engagement like ERP PLM ALM SLM. As a SaaS company having knowledge about Cloud Saas and Subscription will be an added advantage.
- Ability to liaison with C Level Executives to be a trusted advisor in their journey.
- A deep understanding of the Product Development Process.
- Should be able to work with the Partner Ecosystem and lead by example.
- Should be able to create joint business plans with internal and Partner Ecosystem and execute on them.
- A team player by nature and having worked in ecosystem.
- Understanding of Aerospace and Defence will be an added advantage but not a must.
