Job Description

Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementations of Onboarding 1.0/2.0, configuring process steps, tasks, compliance forms, business rules, and role-based permissions.
Integration Management: Ensure seamless data flow between Onboarding, Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (RCM), and third-party systems (e.g., DocuSign).
Client Consulting: Conduct workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on best practices.
Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions for onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding.
Support & Maintenance: Handle support tickets, manage quarterly release impacts, and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
Documentation & Training: Create project documentation (specs, user guides) and deliver training to stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Technical: Hands-on configuration of ONB 2.0, EC data models (MDF, succession), XML, business rules, role-based permissions, and integrations.
Functional: Deep understanding of HR processes, talent management, recruitment, and onboarding best practices.
Consulting: Strong communication, workshop facilitation, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Onboarding (ONB) and Recruiting (RCM) are often required.
