Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned kitchen section (Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian)
  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and portion control guidelines.
  • Menu development for la carte, banquets, festivals, and special events.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance as per FSSAI standards.
  • Monitor and control inventory for the section, ensure proper stock rotation, minimize wastage, and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Train and guide Commis chefs and junior staff, fostering a disciplined and positive work environment.
  • Support themed food festivals and culinary events under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Promote sustainable practices in sourcing and kitchen operations


Preferred candidate profile


The Chef de Partie will manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene. The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, with 813 years of experience in a reputed club or 4-star hotel and above.
