Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Director of Salesto spearhead our growth. In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental inadvancing our market presence, driving revenue, and cultivating new strategicpartnerships within the region. Roles and Responsibilities:

StrategicSales Leadership: Design and execute comprehensivesales strategies that align with our corporate growth objectives and positionus competitively within the region.

MarketExpansion & Business Development: Identify and capitalize on high-value business opportunities that alignwith our long-term strategic goals, focusing on expanding our customer basewith targeted account acquisitions.

Goal-Setting& Performance Metrics:Establish ambitious annual targets for account acquisition, revenue growth, andmarket penetration, tracking progress to ensure measurable impact.

IndustryExpertise: Leverage deep knowledge in ITsales, specifically within ERP and Digital Solutions, to position our offeringsas essential to potential clients.

ExecutiveEngagement: Develop strong, influentialrelationships with key stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors) to secure trustand align our services with their evolving technology needs.

Customer-CentricAdvocacy: Represent our brand with a deepcommitment to client success, translating customer insights into actionablestrategies for our marketing and product teams.

SalesExcellence & Mentorship:Demonstrate a strong track record in sales leadership and business developmentwhile mentoring others in achieving excellence.

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate across departments toensure our marketing strategies and lead management efforts are optimized forpipeline growth.

MarketInsights & Partnerships: Conductin-depth market analysis to uncover new opportunities in vertical IT marketsand establish strategic partnerships with key players and third-party vendors.
