Job Description
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle hiring for roles across Business, Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Support functions.
- Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, internal references, direct sourcing).
- Screen, evaluate and shortlist profiles based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess fitment, expectations, and competencies.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth evaluation.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate hiring trackers and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality standards, and compliance processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and TA projects.
