Role Summary:
Lead strategy and modernization of enterprise batch scheduling and automation, enabling self-service frameworks and secure execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and govern batch scheduling strategy across SAP, Unix, and Mainframe platforms.
Oversee engineering and lifecycle management of UC4, XA2, and EBM Toolkit.
Drive automation and modernization using Kubernetes, Azure, and DevOps practices.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards for batch operations.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new scheduling technologies.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; lead global batch automation projects.

Tools & Technologies:
UC4 (Automic Automation) VM and Kubernetes editions
XA2 (Swisscom private cloud and Azure versions)
EBM Toolkit (JEE and Spring Boot versions)
Kubernetes, AKS, Azure DevOps, GitOps, Docker, Terraform
Oracle, Postgres, DB2

Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in enterprise batch scheduling and automation.
Deep expertise in UC4, XA2, and EBM Toolkit architecture.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
