Team Lead-
1. To analyze the current scenario of any system and highlight certain issue like order placement,
which required immediate response and track the critical problem like margin unblocking
&, monitor it an manage the escalation situation.
2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
3. Interaction with Business partners , Branch, clients and help to solve their operational issues on
daily basis
4. Team handling and assistance on calls/ emails / chats/ whats app chats.
5. Handling cases which are received through Social media, Grievance cell, compliance
6. Handled 70 + interactions per day through Calls / Emails/ Chats/ Whats app chat.
QUALITY ANALYST
1. Calls /Emails / Chats Monitoring.
2. Coaching and training the team where necessary.
3. Create reports that reflect agent performance.
4. Discuss and explain feedback with agents in regular meetings.
5. Train teams and individuals effectively on quality procedures, ensuring compliance with best
practices across the business functions.
6. Preparing compliance data on Monthly basis and report to compliance team.
7. Maintained Daily MIS Report.
