Job Summary

Incture is seeking an experienced professional to join  our Total Reward/Compensation & Benefits  function. Alignment to the Strategic goals of the organization would be one of the Key factors


Role Responsibilities:

  • Proactive participation in the Design of compensation structures/models, allowances, salary ranges, long & short term incentive programs, policy formulation.
  • Conduct/Actively Participate in budgeting, financial impact analysis, and scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions and implementation plans.
  • Refine market intelligence data to periodically benchmark compensation programs/processes and recommend enhancements to improve their competitiveness.
  • Ensure that compensation practices comply with current legislation.
  • Work with Leadership to Design and deploy various compensation programs to drive organizational performance through world-class governance and employee experience practices.
  • Manage large change/program initiatives that affect the larger organization and drive business value.
  • Lead key/strategic initiatives within the practice.
  • Jointly/Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for high-complexity issues.
  • Develop and report metrics related to the effectiveness of managed compensation programs/processes.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements.
  • Develop targeted education programs and communication material on compensation offerings.
  • Proficiency in compensation and benefits software and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in core compensation and benefit areas of organization(s) with multi-country operations or consulting experience in total rewards.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to work with complex data, with an emphasis on accuracy. High proficiency in operating with spreadsheets and databases.
  • Attention to detail with an understanding of the larger context to recommend solutions factoring in multiple variables.
  • Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to realize shared objectives.
  • Capability to take responsibility and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: MBA or equivalent preferred.
