Job Responsibilities Write, debug, and deploy high-quality code based on technical design specifications.
Deliver customer value by providing high-quality software components and services. Estimate the size of development tasks in story points.
Understand and adhere to coding conventions, architectures, and best practices.
Follow the Definition of Done (DOD) as part of the sprint, including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, bug fixes, and documentation.
Acquire domain knowledge relevant to the area of assignment.
Actively participate in scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, readouts, and retrospectives.
Foster self-organization within the team and collaborate with peers to enhance team functionality.
Typical Qualifications
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience, demonstrating a proven track record in contributing to complex full-stack applications.
Proficiency in Java, and ReactJS. Experience with RESTful APIs and SQL. Understanding of relational databases such as SQL/MySQL.
Familiarity with data structures and algorithms. Experience working in an Agile environment.
Familiarity with a scripting language. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management skills and a positive "can-do" attitude
