Job Summary

Join our team as a TL-Training AR Management HC where you will leverage your expertise in HealthCare Products and Revenue Cycle Management to drive efficiency and innovation. Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Previous exposure to Learning & Development (L&D)


 

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge Transfer (KT)
  • Participate in workgroup sessions due diligence meetings and knowledge transfer sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand client processes policies procedures and guidelines as per business requirements.
  • Content Design and Development
  • Develop training modules and content aligned with organizational and client requirements.
  • Regularly update training materials to reflect current Client needs and process changes.
  • Facilitation
  • Deliver effective training sessions and knowledge transfer to trainees in compliance with organizational and departmental policies.
  • Ensure training delivery meets quality standards and client expectations.
  • Coordination Activities
  • Independently communicate and coordinate with clients and stakeholders for training and documentation-related activities as required by the department.
  • Training Records Reports & MIS
  • Maintain accurate training records and publish reports as per business requirements.
  • Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations dashboards and MIS reports to support training initiatives.
  • Project Management
  • Manage assigned training and documentation projects effectively.
  • Collaborate with the reporting manager to plan and implement solutions for organizational and client training needs.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet approved performance metrics.
  • Analyse project effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
  • Address attendance disciplinary and performance issues during project execution.
  • Team Management
  • Lead mentor and coach a team of trainers and operational SMEs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions.
  • Manage team attendance and resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Organize Train-the-Trainer programs and ensure effective resource scheduling.
  • Work with department leadership to implement engagement and team-building initiatives.
  • Compliance
  • Ensure team adherence to organizational and departmental policies.
  • Conduct internal audits to maintain compliance standards.
  • Implementation of Improvement Initiatives
  • Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
